Hiroshima - Wishful thinking

Hier der Link zur Musik im Thread: https://www.weltverschwoerung.de/threads/musiktips-und-links-zu-youtube.19431/page-420#post-811990

Und hier die Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
There's a shadow of a man at Hiroshima
Where he'd pass the moon
In a wonderland at Hiroshima
'Neath the August moon

[Hook]
And the world remembers his face
Remembers the place was here

[Verse 2]
Fly, metal bird, to Hiroshima
And away your load
Speak the magic word to Hiroshima
Let the sky explode

[Hook]
And the world remembers his name
Remembers the flame was
Hiroshima

[Instrumental Bridge]
[Spoken Interlude]
Hiroshima, Japanese city of 300 thousand people, ceased to exist at 9:15 on a Monday morning. While going about its business in the sunshine of a hot summer day, it vanished in a huge ball of fire and a cloud of boiling smoke. Obliterated by the first atom bomb used in the history of world warfare. Such is the electrifying report of the American crew of the Superfortress, which dropped the bomb as a cataclysmic warning to the Japs to get out of the war, or be destroyed. Hiroshima, the whole crew agreed, was brought down by a flash warfare...

The Chameleons "Second Skin"

One cold damp evening
The world stood still
I watched as I held my breath
A silhouette I thought I knew
Came through, someone spoke to me
Whispered in my ear
This fantasy's for you
Fantasies are in this year

My whole life flashed before my eyes
I thought what they say is true
I've shed my skin
And my disguise
And cold and naked, I
Emerged from my cocoon
And a half-remembered tune
Played softly in my head, he said

He turns smiling
And he said

"I realise a miracle is due
I dedicate this melody to you
I realise a miracle is due
I dedicate this melody to you"
But is this the stuff dreams are made of?
If this is the stuff dreams are made of
No wonder I feel like I'm floating on air
No wonder I feel like I'm floating on air

I realise a miracle is due
I dedicate this melody to you
But is this the stuff dreams are made of?
If this is the stuff dreams are made of
No wonder I feel like I'm floating on air
No wonder I feel like I'm floating on air
No wonder I feel like I'm floating on air

Everywhere
Oh, it feels like I'm everywhere

Like when you fail to make the connection
You know how vital it is
Oh, when something slips through your fingers
You know how precious it is
Oh, when you reach the point when you know
It's only your second skin
It's only your second skin

Like when you fail to make the connection
You know how vital it is (someone's banging on my door)
Oh, when something slips through your fingers
You know how precious it is (something's banging on my door)
Oh, when you reach the point when you know
It's only your second skin (someone's banging on my door)
(Something's banging on my door)
(Someone's banging on my door)

(I realise a miracle is due I dedicate this melody to you).

A wise man once said in the nin-bible
That a soldier would die just for a title
We are all one ninja for survival
Aim straight for the organs that are vital
Welcome to the land of the lost and the found
Shinobi used to steal gold by the pound
If there’s an ambush, I don’t even need sound
I just touch the ground and I know who’s around
They couldn’t be touched
They said I lack wisdom
So I invented the anbu system
And so I sent two teams on a mission
To go and fetch five-heads and fix them
I can smell the fear in your chakra
But don’t be scared I'm here and I gotcha
All the adults wanna kill each other
Kids pay the price, you can ask my brother like

Welcome to the village of the leaf (I know)
It’s how it goes down in konoha
And when it’s war time
All my enemies run away scared
When they see Tobirama!
Tobirama oh! Tobirama oh!
Tobirama oh! Tobirama oh!
Tobirama oh! Tobirama!

We are not samurai galloping on horses
Can you feel the bigger forces?
The art of war book says
"You can’t prevent and prepare for war at the same time"

Yes, meet the prince of the liquid element
I’m nice like ice in the vice president
Not every hero can be rich
Hot heads get sub zeroed in this bitch
From the politics of the ninja
Land is sickening, like real life
The plot keeps thickening
Piss me off and the water starts trickling
Down my thumbs and your heart starts quickening!
Sacrifice myself, forehead-protector on my shelf

And so I sent two teams on a mission
To go and fetch five-heads and fix them
I can smell the fear in your chakra
But don’t be I'm here and I gotcha
All the adults wanna kill each other, kids
Pay the price, you can ask my brother like

Welcome to the village of the leaf (I know)
It’s how it goes down in konoha
And when it’s war time
All my enemies run away scared
When they see tobirama!
Tobirama oh! Tobirama!
Tobirama oh! Tobirama!
Tobirama oh! Tobirama!
Tobirama oh! Tobirama!

Welcome to the village of the leaf
It’s how it goes down in konoha
And when it’s war time
All my enemies run away scared
When they see Tobirama!
Tobirama oh! Tobirama oh!
Tobirama oh! Tobirama oh!
Tobirama oh! Tobirama!

We are not samurai galloping on horses
Can you feel the pick of forces?
The art of war-book says
You can’t prevent the prepare for war at the same time

SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMOND Pink Floyd

Remember when you were young,
you shone like the sun

Shine on you crazy diamond

Now there′s a look in your eyes,
like black holes in the sky

Shine on you crazy diamond

You were caught in the cross fire
of childhood and stardom
Blown on the steel breeze

Come on you target for faraway laughter
Come on you stranger, you legend,
you martyr, and shine

You reached for the secret too soon,
you cried for the moon

Shine on you crazy diamond

Threatened by shadows at night,
and exposed in the light

Shine on you crazy diamond

Well, you wore out your welcome with
random precision
Rode on the steel breeze

Come on you raver, you seer of visions
Come on you painter, you piper,
you prisoner, and shine
